Due to the horrible negligence of Manager Faith Hudson, Stand in Teller, Toni Fisher, and Tellers, Bonita Foster and Angela Peterson, First Citizens Fraud Dept almost completely closed my account with my money still in it. It would have been electronically gone had I not acted fast to get the money, pay my bill, and close that account myself. Faith neglected to tell me vital information needed in order to verify my identity via phone when she opened my account for me in person on her computer in the office of the bank. Angela sent the debit card to the wrong address. Bonita botched an attempt to close the new account and reinstate the old one to allow me access to get my money out immediately. Faith refused to take two minutes to serve her client while on her vacation when Toni called her and told her of the info I needed in order to access my money. I needed the info she never told me, so they could not give me the new account number. Faith could have and should have called me to give me my account number from her cell phone since she knew me in person. She didn't and never apologized for her error. In short, I figured out for myself over the next two days of how to gain access to my account legally in order to pay a time sensitive bill. No thanks to any of them. Left in their hands the money would be gone (aka stolen by First Citizens Bank) as the account was in the process of being closed. Instead, I got my money and closed the account myself through another branch. No remorse on their end. Non-caring. Robotic. False courtesy. Incompetent. Those are the adjectives that describe Faith, Angela, Toni, and Bonita.
