Small gym and not a lot of equipment for weight lifting but it was a good place to go and get a workout in while on vacation. Pricing is good. Haven't tried their jucie / protein bar.
Solid local gym, clean, not too crowded in the morning.
When this place was first opened it was AMAZING!!! Awesome classes, sauna, swimming pool, hot tub, the works. Since then they've made other additions such as tanning beds and spray tanning. However, some of their other attractions have been lost, which is a shame. I also feel the price of membership is not agreeable with my wallet.
