Told me I need to contact my caseworker by the 21st tried to contact her all week. They kept taking me to different case workers. One of them was rude. Pretty sure her last name was North...so yeah...1 star...definitely slow at getting the job done. Don't even put the right number to your caseworker on the paper they mail you. Pretty irritating when you're just trying to handle your business you've been told you have a DEADLINE to handle it and then that deadline comes around they still haven't contacted you and you can't contact them because you get transferred to some other caseworker

Child support is a joke. Single mom working and they make no effort to enforce the law to the deadbeat dad, I get treated like im the bad guy, and when do you get to have a profession there only to come at me with the "he said ,she said" term, ladies at front are hateful and have no phone skills. They need to either better educated there staff and give them courtesy classes or fire all them. I do not deserve the disrespect I receive from these hateful people. They only person I truly respect there is Ms. Harvey, they could all learn a lesson from her. Need to know where I can file a complain on the entire staff,even down to the supervisors.
