This place is great and relaxing for adults, but they have taken down the playground equipment here. Not sure if it is because of the possible damage from Matthew last year or what, but the playground is gone, plus there is a boat ramp nearby for boaters to access the Cape Fear River. Do not recommend coming here after dark.
